Formed in 2013 Transverse started with just a simple band room jam with members Ray playing guitar, Ameel playing drums and Jarred playing bass. The trio then decided to take the music being played around with to serious business.

Trying various vocalists and not achieving the sound desired; Jarred took to the mic and tried developing something close to what wanted they wanted to sound like. By then a new bass player was needed. The band gave Kyle a call and he was on board from the minute he knew the type of music they were going for.

In formation for a year and a half, the band decided that a fuller sound would require another guitarist.

Shyam was invited for a jam and instantly blended with the band members as a new brother.

Now a full 5-man band, the studio was the next step with the material written.

The band has been practicing, recording and playing shows since then.
